Liverpool have only won one league match away from Anfield as they travel to face second to last place Wolverhampton Wanderers. The match will take place at the Molineaux Stadium in Wolverhampton, England on Saturday, January 22, 2011. Kickoff is scheduled for 12:45 GMT (UK time), 13:45 CET (Central Europe), and 07:45 EST (USA Eastern).
Liverpool will do what they think is best. The better option to play is a way that suits all players. They can’t make a new formation or an idea that is hard for the players, so they must take them into consideration. But the usual way of passing and moving won’t change no matter how they play. The away form has been disappointing for everybody as well as the fans but the manager can’t be held responsible for 12 months.
Wolves played very well against Liverpool at Anfield. They were quite positive in how they approached the game and they won 1-0. Though most of the fans were not satisfied with that result and that’s what inspires them, then fine. But they are very agreesive to win the game no matter what happened at Anfield. They’d still want to go to Molineux and win the game.
Wolves were excellent last week at Man City, basically in the first 30 minutes. Even when they went 4-1 down, which was a bit unfair I thought, they pulled it back to 4-3. If Mick McCarthy is in charge of a team they are not going to lie down, this will be pretty sure. Wolves will play their best and we know that from first-hand experience and they have chances to win todays match. There are no games in the Premiership where you can predict. All the matches are really difficult. So no one can predict what will happen. Sometimes giant teams lost the match against a small team.
Wolves are confident because of winning the previous match. They don’t fear anyone. You look at how well they played at Manchester City against a team worth multi-millions of pounds. But they were littlebit disappointed because they have played well against Manchester City but didn’t get point. They feel todays game is a really good chance to get a result.
Lets see what happens today.
